Great place, the FFP-2 mask requirement is ignored. Customers come in with fabric masks hanging down and are served.

It is not that easy to get fresh fish in Munich. At Poseidon, I was absolutely convinced of the quality and freshness. The goods are of excellent quality. There are no bargain prices, but you shouldn't expect them at the Viktualienmarkt either. In addition, quality has its price. The advice in the shop is also great and the staff is very friendly. I can fully recommend the shop. It wasn't the last visit for me.

Sensationally good! We have rarely been to a fish shop that offered such excellent quality! The selection is great, the service is very nice and above all there is no fishy note in the air! I can definitely recommend it!

Fresh goods always prepared quickly, one of the few options in Munich with tables outside plus Viktualienmarkt ambience

My first oysters :) Tasty and fresh. This waiter advised this mix of four varieties. Now I am a fan of this delicacy. There is almost no place in the establishment. Therefore, on Saturday, a very long wait for a table. Well, or you are more lucky.

The professionalism of the staff is truly impressive. All the tables were cleaned perfectly and the seating was particularly comfortable. This restaurant does indeed have the potential to become my next favorite. The taste here is a real treat. The portions are an appealing and filling size.

Fishsoup excellent

Food not bad, but the male waiter took the plate away of gamba without asking. Plate of gamba's has about 6pcs, the biggest one we haven't touch yet. He took the plate away without asking if we were finished.

Spoil yourself on occasion with a visit to this tremendous fish shop and restaurant.

I got a job, and it was due to a flight from Munich. As always, the restaurant with a few mistakes. It was a happy time before the plane.

If you want to have see food and don’t want to spend a lot of money this is a fair choice. The restaurant is small, so don’t go with a big group. However the food options are various and the beverage menu is also appealing. I enjoyed my lunch there and tried the oysters, codfish and tuna tartar.

Super store and for years. Come again and again. The cold, mixed appetizer from the showcase is especially recommended.

Bought 1.5 kg of clams which I ordered in advnce. They charged 25€ instead of 28€ because they said that some of them were dead. Came home and saw more than half of them were dead. The discount and that they didn't let me smell it before packing them up should have been a warning... I would have appreciated it if they didn't sell me this poor product but offered another type of clams instead. My previous experiences with fish have been ok- they were fresh enough but never were the products comparable with shops in other inland European cities. Their bouillabaisse look and taste almost identical to their fish soup - neither very flavourful. Though their oysters are decent. After today's experience with the clams I will avoid this place. It's a shame since there are so few seafood shops in Munich and they are very conveniently located.
